LICENSE TERMS OF SERVICE

The following Terms of Service (“TOS”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Styled Product Mockups and sets forth the obligations to any Content (“content”) licensed by you. By purchasing content from Styled Product Mockups, you agree to the terms herein.

Styled Product Mockups reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. By licensing content, you agree to be bound to the TOS as modified.

This is a SINGLE USER license authorizing ONE person to license, download and use content. No other persons may use content in original or altered form.

“Non-transferable” as used herein means that you may not sell, rent, lend, supply, sublicense, or otherwise transfer to anyone, content or the right to use content either in original or altered form. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent third parties from duplicating any content.

  1. Styled Product Mockups hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use content worldwide, subject to the limitations set forth herein:

    1. This License grants you the right to use content as a digital reproduction, on personal or commercial websites, in digital marketing, in social media, email marketing and in other online media.

    YOU MAY NOT:

    1. Resell, redistribute, provide access to, share or transfer any content in original or altered form. For example and not by way of restriction, this license prohibits using content to create new content for sale or re-distribution. This includes re-distributing altered content to additional users.

    2. Falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that any content was created by you or an entity other than Styled Product Mockups.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  1. Styled Product Mockups shall not be liable for any damages or costs that develop as a result of modifications made to the content or due to the context in which you use the content.

  2. You agree to compensate Styled Product Mockups for all costs and expenses that Styled Product Mockups incurs in the event that you breach any of the terms of this agreement.
